This 6 week skills group is inspired by the work of Marsha Lanahan, the creator of Dialectical Behavioral Skills Therapy (DBT). We will explore and practice skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance.

Miranda has four years of experience facilitating DBT groups for teenagers in a dual diagnosis, residential treatment setting. Miranda works with adults, teens, and children.
